Since this Blog has become Very Personal…Due to the fact that I can Count My Readers on One Hand…  I am keeping track on this forum…of the Crunches I do every day.   This is Day 1.  Actually its always Day 1…if the Past serves the Future.  NO!  This IS going to Happen.  Someone Join me….  Okay will be back in a minute…have to do my crunches for Today.
